This form is for Campers who are already enrolled and have picked dates. If you are new, please place your initial order by going to our store.

Additional camp days must be paid in full and are NON-REFUNDABLE. All submissions are due the Sunday before the week of camp you are attending. If you want to CHANGE your dates, please visit the Change Dates page.
